It not works how you think  . As you have selected the course, now you have to wait for the counseling process  to see whether you will be allotted the seat at the rank you have got.

If you have been allotted with the seat then you will get an email from their side mentioning the last dare of fee submission as well as the amount of fee you need to submit.

Just wait till the counseling starts and things will be clear then.
