Hi, according to the rules and regulations you need not provide income certificate every year. You will get that certificate back when you finish your course. You will get your income certificate with other certificates that you have given to the college. If you need to submit it else where and you need it you can write an application to your college and submit it in the office of your college. They will return it to you. Hope this helps.
