There are some criteria's for the correction or resubmission of documents . But last year no dates were announced for correction of jee advance application.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates who do not have a recent certificate can fill up the declaration in lieu of OBC-NCL certificate form.
If you have filled the the above form, most probably you can upload your new obc certificate , moreover if correction is not allowed you can have the above mentioned form to have a strong stand and you will not be facing any difficulty regarding this document.
