No if you do do Mtech from IIT bombay or from any college in India your Btech marks will not matter during your Mtech placements. There is no problem, so don't keep it in your mind and have a effect in your future. During placements the your Mtech grades will only matter will give you an entry for campus placements. Recruiters see your resume and your knowledge not your past history .
