Fot getting into VIT you have to give the VITEE exam and for that you have to score 65+ marks such that your rank will be under 20k.

But one thing you should keep in mind geeting 90%+ will doesn't claim your seet. For getting the seat your marks in the VITEE exam will also need to be good.
