till 7th round i hv not freezed but in this round i hv to report in nit rourkela as my this seat would also hv been rejected. i hv only done all the formalities of this college till hostel allotment and branch registration

If you have not freeze your option then you can participate in special round. Payment of special round is already started you can go for it.
