Yes, you may get refund.But you have to inform them within the first deadline that they have given you in this case they will deduct Rs 1000/- from the paid amount and refund the rest.

If you inform them prior to 2nd deadline they will deduct Rs. 10,000/- from the paid amount.After this you will not be able to get the refund back.
