see there is numerious colleges in india which provide mba course and many engineering institute has opened mba division just to run the college, see with out attempting any competitive exam you can get admission in tier 3 or tier 2 colleges, where no good placement, less number of faculty, curriculum structure is not up to industry standard, and after completing mba students becomes jobless. so rather then taking admission in those colleges you can prepare for cat/mat/xat/atma etc competitive exam and then apply for tier 1 colleges.
