You are not eligible to apply for General - EWS category and certificate
EWS is a special category for the candidates for General category only and 10% reservation is given only those who are satisfying the criteria of EWS.
As, you belong to Other Backward Caste(OBC), you can't apply for EWS certificate. You can opt a seat in state quota only through OBC category reservation and in all India quota only through general category.
