Greetings,
I would first like to congratulate you on your good score. You
see the marks you have obtained are fair enough. Getting
above 500 would have been a sure shot chance at getting
admission into the government  Medical College. However
getting above 400 also suffices
With reservations there is a fair chance that you'll get
admitted into the college

Well it's pretty doubtful that you might get this college with that score last year cut off rank was 10,080
While the score was 580
