First of all , i feel sorry to say that 18 out of 200 is not a very much satisfying score with a lot of possibilities.But still you can find your rank to be around 15750-16,250.You will be able to enroll yourself into some of the good colleges in west bengal,but the best ones will not be available to you.You can recheck your rank in the link below by entering your marks in the sapce provided.

However , the college you will be alloted in the counselling will be based on the reservations you are availed, and your caste and sometimes your subcastes also matters .Anyways , I hope you get enrolled into a good college ,and excel.
