Your birth date will be cross checked at the time of admission process. You need to get the error rectified as soon as possible as it won't match with your certificate. You can either contact the authorities with their official helpline mail or fill a new one with another mail ID and phone number. But, I would suggest to contact the authorities as soon as possible or else you won't be able to take admission.
