You cannot change the admission of your son's school in 10th  .this is because 10th is a board class and it's registration is already done in 9th. And if you changed the school that means you have to register again for the board and this is a complex process which  all schools refuse you to do.but as you asked for change of school I would suggest that if it is too much necessary then then your son has to repeat his 9th standard from the school which you want him to admit or else he has to for a year then change the school. As it is easyeas change schools after 10th.
