Dear Aspirant,

If you have Delhi domicile then you can apply through Delhi state quota in JAC counselling even after completing your 11th from Punjab.

To get Delhi domicile certificate you must clear the following eligibility criteria:

1.Applicant must be resident of Delhi for the past three years.

2.Applicant own a property/land/house in Delhi.

3.Applicant's name must be included in voter;s list.

4Female applicants can apply for the certificate if their spouse is a resident of Delhi.

5.In the case of minors, the certificate is issued based on their parents’ residence.
