Hope you're doing well!

It depends on the cut off , always. Here's a statistic of last year's cut off fot msc horticulture.
General Category- 170 +
SC category- 160+
ST category-140+
OBC Category- 140+

If we are in the particular cut off, then we are eligible for counselling ??
As u say cut off is out of 360, isn't it ??
Is there any chances for horticulture if cutoff was low??
