Cutoffs for any college under GGSIPU also depend upon many other factors like quota , category etc.

Cutoff ranks are lower for outside delhi quota students as compared to delhi quota students. Simlarly , cutiffs are lower for reserved category candidates than unreserved category candidates. 

And as far as i can see , you have mentioned none of these factors. So , considering you to be a delhi region student belonging to general category , you do have chances for economics honours in the below mentioned colleges:

• Fairfield institute of management and technology , kapashera
• Vivekananda institute of professional studies
