Every year cutoff varies so we can't predict exact data but in my opinion if you are under the 15000 rank then you can get government college through aiq and with state quota under 50000 rank you should have !!
As you are scoring this marks then it seems moderate for you to get admission in government college so if you want only mbbs college and not getting rank under 50000 through state quota  then start preparing again don't waste your time and if you want admission in medical colleges you can try for ayush courses with this marks you will get government colleges!!!
