Well, with this percentile your predictable rank is around 5-6 lakh, and compairing to last year cut-off  i.e i am sorry to say it's looks quite difficult for you to get in this college with this rank.As you didn't mention your catogery but for general catogery the cut through jee main or advance is 250. 

• for obc- 5001-6000
• sc- 5002-8000
• st- 40001-50000

this year cut-off has yet to be released so above is just a precition.stay calm

IISC Bangalore takes admission on the basis of JEE advance ranks,and i don't think that with 50 percentile you can be eligible for appearing for JEE advance so for taking admission in IISC bangalore you have to increase your percentile.To know more you can go through this link
