Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations,Based on you NEET  score 605 in NEET which is quite good score as it will definitely clear cut-off criteria for most of the AIIMS colleges but the cut-off is different for different AIIMS colleges and there are many factors for deciding cut-off.Cut-off depends on

1)Total number of candidates appeared in the examination

2) Total number of seats

3)Total numbers of candidates qualify the examination

4)The difficulty level of exam

5)Category Reserved or Not

Though there are 7 mains AIIMS in india while others are in construction.AIIMS delhi is oldest for which cut off usually goes very high so your chances are less. You can get AIIMS jodhpur,Bhubaneswar, raipur as others AIIMs cut off is high.

First of all congrats on getting such a huge score in NEET.

You're expected rank can be between 2000-3000 depending upon various factors.

Also, you can easily get AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, and Patna . Further, it depends on many factors, and it can be predicted to the nearest. For further information, you can use our rank predictor given below .

Imran, you haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, with a score of 605, your All India Rank range is probably 5692-7580. With this score, you might not get AIIMS Delhi but you do have chances in branches like Guntur, Bibi Nagar,Jodhpur, Bhubhaneshwar, Raipur or Raibbareli. As there is no limit to the no.of choices you can fill in AIQ Counselling, please do opt for these College in Choice filling. Also select MAMC, UCMS, VMMC. You might also have good chances in AFMC. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
