Congratulations on clearing NEET. I believe having a score of 625 and AIR of 10k, secondly having the EWS Advantage, you might have slight chances in making it to AIIMS Raipur. Besides AIIMS, there are many Top Government and State Medical Colleges, and you should also consider them besides targeting AIIMS Raipur.

Do keep an eye on the Government and State Counselling Procedure and Dates.

pandeymanmohan17 At this rank, I dont know your State. If it is Chattisgarh, I believe you will Make into Chattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences.
As far as other Institutes are concerned there are excellent Medical Institutes in West Bengal and Karnataka. Besides applying for Government Counselling also apply for your home state as well as West Bengal and COMEDK UGET Counselling.
Do refer the link which I had sent earlier, it is the correct UG Link.

Abhishek Roy I didn't get the UG link, that's all are for PG MDS MS MD and all not for the ug actually.
