Hi ritik ,
No you cannot apply to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like national institute of technology but for sure you can crack jee mains to appear for jee advance and if you crack jee advance you can take seat in any iits but unfortunately if you are a general candidate or obc then your 12th percentage is less than 75 percentage which is eligibility criteria .

Hello Aspirant!

In order to be eligible for the NITs , it is required that the candidates secure 75% or above in their class 12 boards. Marks sexured in diploma are not considered.
