Hi there. In response to your query as you yourself have mentioned that BITS indeed has a subject wise cutoff as well, hence it would not be possible for you to be enrolled in the institute based on the eligibility criteria. You would have to appear for an improvement exam in that case but it would not allow you to be enrolled in university in this academic year as a consequence, hence it would be entirely dependent on your choice.
