Although not predictable to high accuracy as JEE Main April session is not concluded yet, 86 score in Jan Session would give a rank of greater than 1,70,000 (approx.)

The closing rank for College of Engineering and Technology (CET), Bhubaneswar is around 84000 to 90000 for both Mechanical Branch and CS Branch of B.Tech.

So, SORRY you don't have a possible chance.
