No with mere 87.4 percentage in class 12th boards examinations you can get any college of the university of Delhi for pursuing Bachelor's in chemistry honours. The cutoffs for this course is very high generally every year. You can though apply to other central Universities in Delhi like Jamia millia Islamia they have entrance based admissions and you might get through. You won't get a college in the Delhi university if you belong to the unreserved or the general category.
