Dear Aadesh,

You will not be able to be a judge in the Maharashtra High Court for the following reasons with your law degree in UK:

  • You should be a citizen of India
  • You should have 10 years experience in any court in India as an advocate
  • You may need to complete a Law degree in India as laws in India are different from that in UK

In the Second part of the question you amy have to do LLB in India to study Law in the UK acording to the official website of many UK Institutions

All the best
