For 459 marks, it is quite difficult to get a government/ semi government colleges for general category for MBBS/BDS. You can consider getting admitted into the private colleges if you are interested. the fee for any good private college would range anywhere between 30,00,000 - 50,00,000. However, you can also consider applying to alternate medicine courses like BAMS/BHMS etc if you are interested.
