Hello aspirant!
Yes you can get a seat in reserved quota for BAMS but on the same side your marks are a little low .so you should wait for the cutoff to come.
On the other hand some college consider your Neet marks to give you admission in the PHYSIOTHERAPY colleges and other colleges have their own enterance exam or else they prefer to give admission on merit basis that is they give admission on your class 12th percentage.
