Hi Angira,

YES, you can get the CSE branch in Jadavpur University, Kolkata based on your SC category rank i.e. 1714.

I can provide you the previous years Opening Rank (OR) and Closing Rank (CR) to justify my answer.

In 2016, after Round 2-

OR- 177 and CR- 2148

In 2017, after Round 2-

OR- 198 and CR- 1767

In 2018, after Round 3-

OR- 209 and CR- 2073
