Sorry to say with this much rank your chances are very low if you belong to genreal category then the chances are almost 0 and even if you'll able to get admission in 5-6 round of councelling you might not be able to get core branches and end up taking branches you might not prefer though if you have score a good percentile in your 12th standard that will act as a boost up in your chances of admission.
