Based on the latest information brochure of the university, there is no “quota”. Applicants in NRI& PIO/OCI/Foreign National categories who are shortlisted based on performance in SNUCEE are considered as a separate group for further processes.

Students taking admission at SNU Chennai through NRI Quota get selected directly on the basis of their performance in last qualifying examination.

With 10 marks in the JEE Main entrance examination, you can get admission in private universities only. 10 marks in JEE Mains equals a 13-19 percentile, which is low to get into any good engineering colleges.
