If your overall general merit rank is 1900 and you are an obc candidate, then congratulations you can get many good college and good branches.

Now as your preferred college is IET lucknow and your preferred branch is information technology and computer science engineering, then it is quite impossible for you to get seat in these branches.

Computer science and engineering - 867

So, as per seeing the last year cutoff trends there is no change that you can get these two branches but apart from these two branches, you can easily get other good branches in iet lucknow like chemical engineering, civil engineering, electronics and communication engineering, etc.
