According to the information with a rank of 1.08 lakh in JEE Mains 2024 , securing a seat in the CS or IT branch at OUTR Bhubaneswar or VSSUT might be quite challenging. The cutoff ranks for these branches are generally much higher.

However, since you have an OBC certificate , you do have a chance, especially if you consider other branches or colleges where the cutoffs might be lower. It's also important to check the latest cutoff trends and participate in the OJEE counselling process .
