Analysing the previous trends and cutoffs, it might not be possible for you to get cse core or with specialization in category 1 at Vellore campus with the mentioned rank. All cse seats at Vellore campus are booked under a ranking of 6-7k. You can either apply for cse at VIT,Chennai under first category o r get a category 2 seat in in case you choose to study at Vellore campus only. You can choose your preference order once you pay the fee for counselling.
