There are circumstances under which you might have to discontinue your studies and planning to resume it later. Now since you have not yet applied for the migration you can do the same or you can ask for the Transfer Certificate by knowing the exact procedure as stated by your Institute administration.

Genuinely to apply for a registration you need the documents of no due in your degree curriculum followed by submission of all the money receipts as well.
