According to JMI Prospectus 2020-21 (page 35) http://jmicoe.in/pdf19/FINAL_JMI_PROSPECTUS_2020_NEW.pdf you need to fill two separate applications for two different courses. Multiple applications for the same course will be rejected but in your case you are applying for two different courses that is B.Tech and B.Arch so you need to fill two different application and pay the fee for both the applications individually. You need to register with two email IDs so that each application will be given unique application number.

i hope you are doing well , you are required to fill only one application form of jamia millia university for one course , your multiple forms may be rejected and you may loose the chance to get yourself enrolled in the program
