Yes you totally are eligible to apply for the admissions to the university of Delhi undergraduate programs . You can apply for the bachelor's in commerce (honours) . Generally the cutoffs of the different colleges in the Delhi University are generally really high for bachelor's in commerce program.
The cutoff for the general category for the north campus colleges is 95 + percent best of four .
Similarly for the south campus colleges .
