Exam center is given by the organizing body from the center options you give in application form. They try their best to give an option most possibly near to your given current address.

As of current situation of pandemic, it is not sure if they will conduct center test. They will try to do online test as far as possible. so, it would be better to be prepared for different possibilities.

Prepare in your available time. keep track of any new updates and apply as per your suitable options.
