I want to join Bits pilani for mechanical engineering is bits good for that engineering ???

Bits pilani is one of the finest college in India.
Yes definitely it will be better but one thing you keep in mind that fee ( it is one of the costly college also).
But apart from fee you will get many opportunities and a great surrounding in this college and the placement is also very good.
Infrastructure and faculty is also very good and you will get to explore yourself depending upon your interest and dedication.
But you have to score high marks in bitsat and for this your concepts and theory must be very strong and also speed of solving must be good.

Maine suna hai ki bits mai agar kisi bhi semester mai kam number aaeye toh woh college se nikal dete hai

I have never heard that .And I think it is not so because if they do so than why students go in bits.And there is no such rumours also.And in any college their is no such rule that if you score less than you have to leave school.
