Basically financial minister were appointed by President on the advice of the prime minister ,so protip get closer to President tweet him regularly,and convey your dream

Qualifications in indian politics is not a problem In india one with no minimum education takes the place

If you want to become financial minister you should probably be a member or part of any party so join in your favourite party first ,further

One must be member of parliament of either loksabha or rajya sabha .

There are no such requirement criterias needed to become the Finance Minister of India. You have to join a political party, then after years of hard work you will achieve a reputed status in the party after that if you have good relations with the high command then you can surely become the Finance Minister of IIndia and that too depends on the high command what role  they want you to take over.
This has nothing to do with your qualifications, more with your political status.
