MIT USA, is definitely the best Ivy college, the whole world can offer you.

For admiting in this, you need to have a strong GMAT score.

Also, MIT have a rigrous check into your profile, school performance, extra-curicular activities involvement, your enthusiasm, lot ohter skills which they deem fit to check.

So definitely, not having an International medal to your tally/achievement is an dis-advantage but regarding not selecting at IIT, makes no difference in the selection chances.
