As you have mentioned that you have already done bsc but now you want to do btech. See, there is no issue of your doing btech now. Still there are lot of options available instead of btech you can do Msc, M.Tech, MCA etc.
See, if in your mind you only want to do btech then try for several entrance exams that takes admissions as lateral entry.
You can sit in jee mains also if you donot want to take direct admissions. There are lot of options available.

I want to inform you that if you have intrest in that perticular subject go for the preparation of the competitive exam for the course do not think negative and it doesnot matter if you are graduated or not i have self attempted NEET 4 times because wanted to follow my passion and finally i am sucessful in think just go for it and start preparing fot the exam you have to work hard as less time is remaining and if you work hard surely you will be sucessful.
