IISc Bangalore do consider NEET score. If you could not update your neet score this year and wish to apply next year, you cannot apply with the previous year's NEET score. You will have to appear for the exam again.

You havent mentioned which course you want to pursue in IISC. Because, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary Courses across India. But IISC doesnt provide any such courses. The only undergraduate programme that they have is 4 year Bachelor of Science (Research) and that doesnt require NEET score.
