Well, to be honest I haven't heard of any colleges or universities accepting the JEE Mains score after the counselling has happened for that particular year.
So you have to prepare again for the entrance exam and secure good score such that you will be able to get good rank for fulfilled your dreams.. After that you will easily get admission in any better colleges in CSE stream..

Yes you can go for computer science stream in engineering colleges or university but they require the latest scores not the earlier score like that of 2015, so i think you have to once again give the entrence exam like JEE mains and than can get the desired college .
