No , if you have passed class 12th boards with PCM and without Biology/Biotechnology you are not eligible for NEET.The official eligiblity criteria for NEET is stated as follows " Candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics , Chemistry ,Biology/Biotechnology and English indivisually and must have obtained a minimum 50% marks taken together in PCB".

Also if you are not interested in engineering then there are a no of courses you can pursue with PCM like BCA , BSc , humanities subjects , BBA, LAW etc there are tons of career options , if you want a list of probable career options i will readily help you with that just ping me in the comment section.
