Yes, of course you can get admission directly in Lovely professional University without appearing for entrance  exam on the basis of your 12th boards. ECET is of no consideration if want to take admission in LPU. Though LPU conducts LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University -National Entrance and Scholarship Test) which is a kind of fee waiver test if you appear for this you will get scholarship depending upon your performance yet it is not compulsory.
