I am very sorry to say, but yes your application will be rejected as they won't be able to get the relevant information.

But here is news that may help you-

It has been specified in the information brochure if there is any mistake you will have to submit an application in physical form (together with applicable processing fees of Rs. 500/-) to the following address,

Reception, Examination Division, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

The application must be submitted within 5 working days of the last date of form submission together with the applicable fees. The window for making correction will be opened by the University before/during counselling for admissions
