After completing MBBS in India of the state of Telangana you want to do your PG courses for MD in  USA. But in US  MBBS doctor cannot get permission for practicing other than they do the PG courses of Medical Science that is MD or Ms.

For this course of study in US  you  have to apply  for work visa there.
