A Person who wants to get admission through the state quota has to individually apply for the state Council of admission in his respective state. In the state counselling, reservation is provided for or the local candidates.

In all India quota for admission, there is no scope for state priority of state reservation and each candidate has to to go through the general counselling process for admission.
