Here , i will suggest you that as there is not much difference between in computer science  and in information technology so you can go anywhere whether it is IIIT allhabaad or Mnit Jaipur .

But still if we talk about coding environment then you should go for IIIT Allahabaad in Mnit Jaipur there is no coding culture  , no exposure, course content is also not good . IIIT Allahabaad is also good in terms of faculty , infrastructure academics and placements .

Without any doubt cse at mnit, two reasons,

1. Cse is an evergreen branch there are lot of career opportunities and handsome salary. It is also good but cse is any day better
2. Secodly mnit is far better college than iiit allahabad in every aspect.
