Yes. You are eligible for wbjee
Only thing to do is you need to go west bengal to attempt the exam!!!!

Yes you are. Any Indian Citizen who fulfils the eligibility criteria of WBJEE can appear for WBJEE. There is no domicile restriction for WBJEE. You should be completing atleast 17 years by December 31st of 2020. There is no upper age limit except for Marine Engineering course in which case, the upper age limit is 25 years. Having said that, there are no exam centers in Delhi. You will have to attempt the exam either in West Bengal or Assam or Tripura.
